Last updated: October 27, 2026

Draft — under legal review before launch.

In short

  • We are an intermediary: we prepare your visa application, book your appointment, and follow up with the embassy or visa centre on your behalf.
  • The decision to grant or refuse a visa belongs to the embassy alone; we do not guarantee the outcome of any application.
  • You must provide accurate information and genuine documents, and attend biometrics or interviews when required.
  • Prices are always shown in two parts: government fees at cost with no markup, and our service fee plus 15% VAT.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute.

01Introduction and Who We Are

Welcome to myvisa. These services are provided by myvisa Travel Services Co., Commercial Registration No. [CR number], VAT No. [VAT number], located in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (referred to in these terms as 'myvisa', 'we' or 'us').

By using our website or app, or by placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, which form an integral part of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

02The Nature of Our Service

myvisa is an independent intermediary. We are not an embassy, consulate or government body, and we are not affiliated with any visa centre such as VFS, TLS or BLS. Our role is limited to helping you complete visa procedures on your behalf.

The decision to approve or refuse a visa, the processing time, and the type and validity of the visa are decided solely by the embassy or competent authority. We therefore do not guarantee that a visa will be issued, nor a specific date for a decision.

  • Reviewing your documents and checking they are complete against the embassy's requirements.
  • Filling in application forms and preparing your file.
  • Booking your submission or biometrics appointment when slots are available.
  • Following up on your application with the embassy or visa centre and keeping you informed.
  • Arranging collection and delivery of your passport by courier when you request it.

03Eligibility and Your Account

You must be 18 or older to create an account or place an order. Applications for minors must be submitted by their parent, guardian or legal representative, who is responsible for the accuracy of the minor's information.

If you apply on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have their consent and authorisation to share their information with us. You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential and for any activity carried out through your account.

04Your Responsibilities

The success of an application depends heavily on what you provide. You therefore agree to the commitments listed below.

We may stop the service or decline an order if we find that false or forged information or documents have been provided; in that case, work already completed is not refunded. We may also be legally required to report it to the competent authorities.

  • Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, and tell us promptly about any change.
  • Provide genuine, unaltered documents, and never submit forged or misleading documents.
  • Make sure your passport is valid for the period required by the embassy.
  • Attend biometrics or interview appointments in person and on time, bringing any original documents required.
  • Respond to our requests and questions in good time so your file is not delayed.
  • Comply with the conditions of the visa granted and the laws of the country you travel to.

05Our Responsibilities

We commit to providing our services with care and professionalism, in line with the embassy's published requirements at the time your application is prepared. In particular, we will:

  • Tell you clearly which documents are required before we start.
  • Review your file and fill in forms accurately based on the information you provided.
  • Keep you updated on your application through your dashboard, SMS, WhatsApp or email.
  • Protect your data and documents in line with our Privacy Policy.
  • Take responsibility for our own mistakes as set out in the Refund Policy.

06Fees, Payment and Refunds

Prices are always shown clearly in two parts: (1) government, embassy or visa-centre fees, passed through at actual cost with no markup and no VAT added by us; and (2) the myvisa service fee, plus 15% VAT charged on the service fee only. We issue you an e-invoice in line with the requirements of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA).

Embassies set their own fees and may change them without notice. If a government fee changes before it is paid to the authority, we will tell you about the difference before proceeding. Payments are made through a licensed payment gateway, and cancellations and refunds are governed by our published Refund Policy.

07Appointments, Processing Times and Passport Delivery

Appointment availability is controlled by embassies and visa centres and may be limited in peak seasons. We do our best to book the earliest suitable slot, but we cannot guarantee availability on any particular date. Any processing time we mention is an estimate based on our experience, not a commitment from the embassy.

If you choose delivery, your passport is sent by an approved courier to the address you provide, and proof of identity may be required on receipt. Please make sure your address and mobile number are correct. We will give you a tracking number and help you follow up on any delay or claim with the courier.

08Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for matters outside our control, including those listed below.

In all cases, and to the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order will not exceed the service fee you paid us for that order. This does not limit our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any case where liability cannot be limited by law.

  • Embassy decisions to approve, refuse or delay a visa.
  • Appointments being unavailable, cancelled or changed by the embassy or visa centre.
  • Any loss resulting from incorrect or incomplete information or documents you provided.
  • Non-refundable bookings such as flights or hotels made before the visa is issued; we advise against final bookings until you have your visa.
  • Force majeure events such as disasters, pandemics, outages of government systems, or changes in official rules and decisions.

09Intellectual Property

All content on our website and app, including text, designs, logos, software and guides, is owned by or licensed to myvisa and is protected by applicable law. You may use it only to access our services for your personal purposes.

You may not copy, republish, sell or commercially use our content, or scrape data from our website using automated tools, without our prior written consent. Your own documents and personal data remain yours.

10Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We aim to resolve any disagreement amicably first, so please contact our customer service before taking any other step.

If an amicable solution is not possible, the competent courts in Riyadh will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your right to file a complaint with the Ministry of Commerce or other competent regulators. If there is any difference between the Arabic and English texts, the Arabic text prevails.

11Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in the law. We will publish the updated version with its last-updated date, and notify you of material changes by email or notification before they take effect.

Each order is governed by the terms in force when it was placed. Continuing to use our services after changes take effect means you accept them.
